1. I did not receive a confirmation of my order by e-mail, within the promised 24 hours. Which action do I have to take?

2. How do I know that you received my order the proper way?

3. I ordered a product and paid in advance. After a while the product is not in stock and will not be delivered anymore. What will happen with the paid amount of that product?

4. Will I be informed about the status of the order?

5. Is the order handled properly and discrete by sending it via the third party TNT-post?

6. In which way and in what period may I cancel the order?

7. If I press the buttons ORDER or PAY there is no response at all. What is the cause of this error?

8. Payment by creditcard with the option of Paypal does not work. What action do I have to take?

9. You informed me by e-mail about an empty order you received from me. What happened?

Answers.

1. Please, send an e-mail to info@silk-stockings.nl, to inform us about the error, so we can still order the products. In the worst case we will ask you to order the products again on our website.

2. You will receive within 24 hours a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

3. If an ordered product will not be deliverable in the near future, the corresponding amount of that product shall be paid back immediately.

4. All actions, as there are:
-receiving the order,
-product temporarily not in stock,
-sending the package by TNT
will all be confirmed by e-mail.

5. All items are packaged in discrete envelopes or sealbags and do not show advertising or senders information.

6. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after ordering by sending an e-mail to info@silk-stockings.nl.

7. Probably your Pop-up-Security-level in Microsoft Windows is higher than necessary, so the pop-up-window has been held. In the menu of your browser is an item that will set ON or OFF the pop-up-lock. This item will probably be placed in the menu Extra. If it's ON click on it to turn it OFF. Next you will put our web-address into the granted website. Click on CLOSE and refresh the page by pressing the F5-button. This will handle the pop-ups for now and the next times you visit our website.

8. Select your country and next you first name or initials without dots. Next put in your credit card number and other requested information. It is not possible to make a payment by Paypal-account using a credit card. In that case you have to use just your Paypal-account. Please follow instructions to take you to our secure server for payment.

9. During to order process a Pop-up will be shown, which is your BASKET containing the ordered goods. DO NOT CLOSE this window when you have not finished making purchases or you will loose your information and you have to start all over again with ordering. If this window is closed accidentally you will send an empty order. After finishing and closing the payment-procedure this Pop-up-BASKET will be removed automatically.
