1. Delivery

1.01 In the absence of any other agreement, payment must be made in advance to our bank account in the Netherlands. As soon as we have received your payment the order will be shipped.

1.02 In case the ordered product is not in stock we will inform the costumer by e-mail about the future delivery. The customer has the right to cancel the order within one day after informing. On your request we also pay back the amount the customer made by transfer to our bank account, unless the customer likes to reserve the amount for another future order. No extra shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries in case we already delivered and charged (a part of) the order.

1.03 Customer has to allow a delivery period of 3 to 21 working days (Monday to Friday) starting the day of receiving the payment.

1.04 Lindsay's stocking-shop can not be held responsible for damage that is caused by a delayed delivery of the ordered products.

1.05 Postage and handling: inside Europe will be charged € 3,85 Orders placed for delivery outside Europe will be charged € 5,50

1.06 Our products are extremely checked for production-errors and weaving faults and are allowed to sent back in unopened, undamaged and original seal. Please, check size and colour, as state on the package, before breaking the seal.

1.07 Changes in products and prizes are reserved.

1.08 Our Delivery Conditions are based on the Dutch law "Sale on distance" by European directives. According to this law, you may send back the goods within 7 days after receiving without giving reasons. The costs of sending back the order in that case is for the customer.

2. Payment

2.02 All prices are quoted in euros unless otherwise agreed. They apply to delivery ex works, excluding packaging, freight, postage and insurance. Prices are supplemented by value added tax (V.A.T.) at the appropriate statutory rate.

3. Privacy

3.01 We honour the Privacy directives as stated in the law Protection of persons registration and data.

3.02 All data of names, addresses and cities will only be used on packages for delivery of the products to the purchaser.

3.03 Your personal data will not be used by third parties and the consumer will be asked for permission in case of (mail addressed) advertising material or marketing purposes.

3.04 You have the right to check your personal data at our shop in Rotterdam.

3.05 Your personal data is saved local on our computer, so third parties have no access to this database. To send sensitive payment details across the Internet we use a secure server which protects credit card details.  Please note that all customer details are treated with the upmost discretion and our mail order list will not be provided to anyone else. Your credit card is only processed in our office where details are secure.
